As it’s winter all the live wasps are asleep 🙁 If you come in summer you can interact with the live wasps (whatever that means) That sounds like a different experience altogether. We did get a discount only 500yen instead of the 1000yen it would be in Summer.

  1. Hello. You,s have a nice wasp nest museum.
I have a wasp nest museum here ,many kinds of wasps nests. If you care to check my museum,
you can, if the website don’t open up .just try 1,000 islands wasp museum ,gananoque,Ontario, Canada.
Maybe we can trade a few nests if possible,
    thanks.

  2. Hi , I am an insect collector and have a variety of wasps nests in which I mount dead wasps on to them bringing them to life. I would love to possibly buy a Japanese Hornet nest from you with hopefully a couple dozen dead hornets to mount onto it. I display these at schools and are a great hit.
    Thank You, Richard Nelson
